由於近來常常在 Windows Server 2012 R2 上手動安裝 Logstash 5.x，因為實在太繁瑣耗時，而官方又沒有 提供自動化的安裝程式，所以就用 PowerShell 寫了這支 script，也順便趁這個機會學習 PowerShell。
